con il seguente odg:
- primo semestre 2018: confronto e idee in vista dell’Assemblea Nazionale degli Osservatori del 19-20 maggio 2018 per il gruppo di lavoro “data protection”;
- collaborazione con gli Osservatori di Torino, Verona Bologna e Rimini;
- raccolta materiale in materia di data protection
- pianificazione argomenti e tematiche per il secondo semestre 2018

next GEM meeting will bne held on
MONDAY 22th of JANUARY from 13.00 to 14.00
The venue is ANM room in the Palace of Justice (beside Bar) (MILAN)
The agenda is:
- first half 2018: proactive discussion and initiatives for national meeting of the Observatories on Civil Justice on 19-20th of May for working group “data protection”;
- update on collaboration with the Observatories of Turin, Verona, Bologna and Rimini;
- presentation of a project about a study on damages caused by violation of the rules on processing of personal data;
- planning agenda (topics and issues) for the second half of 2018.
